Event electronic & consultation services
Holyrood Events specialises in producing events which maximise interaction between presenters and your audience encouraging discussion and debate, identifying differences of opinions within specified groups, help audiences retain difficult information, hold attention and generate instant feedback. These procedures can be conducted in plenary or with smaller groups in breakout, workshop or in round table format.
Holyrood events can include a variety of technological innovations including custom built online and intranet websites, electronic forums, blogging and full e-consultation portals. Post conference delegates and stakeholders can access multimedia presentations, video and podcast content in addition to speakers presentation and biographies, all produced to your requirements if required. We also use technology to ensure inclusion for all delegates including those with accessibility needs.
We have access to number of unique eConsulation, event eNetworking and eConsultation tools which can gather valid market research information and allow continuity after the lifecycle of the event.
In association with info.tv we can broadcast your event live on the web or even summarise it in to a half hour programme and broadcast on sattelite for download by interested parties.
Electronic polling
This is the most effective way of gathering information whilst delivering key messages and educating your audience and is used to instantly gauge delegate demographics, the effectiveness of communication, and event evaluation.
Questions and statements are put to the audience via the voting system in three different formats:
- Yes/no/abstain
- Strongly agree/agree/unsure/disagree/strongly disagree
- Multiple choice - which can have a single vote or can be rated in order of priority
This allows you to cover far more issues than would be possible during normal plenary speaker sessions and allows those delegates who prefer not to speak up in public to be silently interactive. This system has been used by delegates who have both mobility and communication disabilities.
Interactive laptop consultation
The event delegates pose the questions and put forward ideas real time via the messenger system. Messenger is a wireless network of laptop computers that provide the opportunity for constant and anonymous communication between the delegates and the top table via an independent facilitator.
Using the Messenger system, delegates at each table can submit questions and comments instantly to the top table both during presentations and live Q&A sessions throughout the conference day. One of the benefits of this system is that it allows different groups to discuss the same or different issues with the results being recorded and relayed to the top table and stage screen instantly.
