Paul Stanfield

Paul is the CEO of Childlight, a global child safety institute and centre of excellence that protects children across the world from sexual exploitation and abuse. Prior to establishing Childlight in 2022 Paul spent over 30 years working as a senior law enforcement officer in the UK and overseas, including Director for Organised Crime at INTERPOL. In these roles he was responsible for developing bespoke capability across the world to tackle serious and organised crime, including crimes against children.

International Law Enforcement in a Digital Age

From 4-7th November, Glasgow will host the 92nd INTERPOL General Assembly, to coincide with this critical policing and public safety event, Holyrood will be running a series of standalone events at the Radisson Red, on 3rd and 4th November. Across two days, sessions will explore a range of global and domestic challenges, from cyber-crime and data sharing to child sexual exploitation and safer cities.
