Alasdair is the Senior Business Analyst in the ScotPayments team at the Scottish Government. He has been involved in the ScotPayments project joining the team at the end of Alpha, and has worked with customers to identify their needs and requirements to launch the ScotPayments minimum viable product as part of Private Beta.
From starting off in a 5 person team to being part of the larger ScotPayments delivery team, he has a solid understand of the internal transformation required in order to build and deliver effective services.
As a BA in a smaller team, Alasdair is fortunate to work across a number of workstreams, from process mapping customer journeys, working with legal and governance and finance and revenue analysis.
