Catriona is the Senior User Researcher in the ScotPayments team at the Scottish Government. In her role, Catriona is responsible for understanding users and their needs of the service. She plans, designs and carries out research with users that helps the ScotPayments team get a deep understanding of the people they are serving. She works hard to embed the insights from research within the team to ensure that the service is built on user needs.
Before joining ScotPayments, Catriona worked as a User Researcher in the Social Security Programme at the Scottish Government. She has an interest in collaborative methods, co-design and exploring new ways to engage users in the design of services.
