Douglas Ross MP MSP

Leader of the Scottish Conservatives, MP for Moray, and MSP for Highlands and Islands.

Douglas Ross has been the MP for Moray since the general election in June 2017 and represented the Highlands and Islands Region in the Scottish Parliament since May 2021. He was born and brought up in Moray and served as a local councillor for ten years. He has served as Leader of the Scottish Conservative and Unionist Party since August 2020.
