Eileen Barr is a solicitor in TC Young’s Registered Social Landlord (RSL) team and has extensive experience advising RSLs in a wide range of matters. In particular, she assisted RSLs in their preparations prior to the implementation of FOI and regularly advises RSLs on responding to information requests and other challenges surrounding their FOI duties. Eileen was commissioned by the Scottish Federation of Housing Associations and Glasgow and West of Scotland Forum of Housing Associations to prepare FOI template documents and guidance for their members, and frequently speaks at housing sector events on FOI.
