Between 2017 and 2020, Fiona Duncan chaired the Independent Care Review, and today she chairs The Promise Scotland, the body responsible for supporting the change demanded by its conclusions. She’s the Chief Executive of Corra Foundation, a philanthropic grant-giving organisation for people and communities experiencing disadvantage.
