Working at both strategic and operational level, with technology enablement focus – I manage a wide portfolio of work centered around AI, digital, data and IT for our organisation and externally for our member (133 housing associations and co-operatives across Scotland). Externally I advocate and promote best digital practices, sharing knowledge and collaborating with experts to provide the support to help bridge the technology enablement gaps faced by the housing sector. Recently this has involved creating a first of it’s kind AI Readiness Tool for members which has played a central role in forming our strategic aims for the sector.
