As SFHA Digital and Design Manager, I oversee and manage a wide portfolio of work centered around digital and ICT for our organisation. Externally I promote and research best digital practices for housing associations across Scotland.
Driving forward a digital-first approach, I have been a key advocate for the housing sector in Scotland on transformational change by giving organisations and their people the knowledge, skills, and advice to improve. Since 2020, when we deployed a digital maturity tool for SFHA members, we have been benchmarking digital improvement to mark key trends and shifts. Resulting in a report on the state of digital and IT in the sector in 2021. More recently we have begun IT Operations benchmarking to better understand the challenges organisations face to attain better return on investment across key system infrastructure.
