My career is entirely based on citizen participation, in all its many voluntary forms.
Now working for Volunteer Scotland the national centre for volunteering allows me to apply my passion for the well-being value that collective action brings to Individuals, communities, and society.
Understanding the system of volunteering, the reinforcing positives and negatives is a key driver and I’m working collaboratively with a number of others to be a “ Systems Steward” for change and “ Volunteering for All”.
