Lesley has worked with TPAS Scotland, the friendly Engagement experts for 24 years. She works with tenants and landlords across Scotland to develop partnership working where tenants have a real and active role to play in making decisions, and are helping to improve their landlords performance and services. She believes she (normally) has the best job in Scotland, travelling all over Scotland from Dumfries to Lerwick and meeting amazing people.
