Paul Steen is Head of Business Development at Vattenfall Heat UK and sets the growth strategy for Vattenfall Heat UK’s North region. He has been at Vattenfall for 2 years and is responsible for enabling the expansion of city scale district heating by building relationships with key stakeholders and working collaboratively with colleagues to identify solutions that are aligned with our partner’s needs, and that align with our focus on decarbonising heat. Previously, Paul spent over 20 years at Ramboll in various roles, most notably as Director and Head of the UK District Energy Department.
