Robert is Assistant Director Digital at the Scottish Housing Regulator. He leads and manages the technology that supports regulatory operations, with responsibility for strategy development, procurement, contract management, software development and cyber resilience. Robert has led many public sector improvement and transformation projects/ programmes in local and central government, including the implementation of the regulator’s business intelligence system.
