He has been with the publication since 2017 and oversees all editorial content published on the site – including news, features, and interviews, and covering areas such as digital transformation, tech policy, IT procurement, cybersecurity, and data ethics across the public sector. He also plays a central role in shaping the brand’s array of events for its audience, including conferences and webinars. Sam has worked as a journalist since 2007 and, prior to joining PublicTechnology, worked for many years for publications reporting on IT manufacturers and services providers across the UK and Europe.
