Paul Gribben is Head of Digital Services in Belfast City Council and is responsible for the council’s centralised ICT service. Paul joined the council over 30 years ago as a student and has worked his way through the ranks to head up the delivery of digital services across the council. Paul is currently working with elected members and senior officers to deliver a new Digital Strategy that will focus on using the council’s digital capability and the information it holds to improve service quality and customer engagement.
