The way that the disclosure of criminal records is administered in Scotland has undergone a huge overhaul in 2020 due to reforms in the Disclosure (Scotland) Act and a radical new approach by Disclosure Scotland.
This event was an opportunity to examine the direction of disclosure policy with Scotland’s leading experts. With a focus on:
