The Independent Care Review (ICR) listened to the voices of 2500 care experienced children and young people before creating ‘The Promise’. The Promise outlined what Scotland must do to make sure its most vulnerable children feel loved and experience the childhood and life opportunities they deserve.
Looking at the first three stages of the Independent Review, this event provided a much-needed opportunity to get together with the industry’s leading experts and discuss how we #keepthepromise.
