If we are to reach the Scottish Government’s 2045 net-zero target, we must reduce our greenhouse gas emissions by 75% by 2030. We all have a role to play if we are to achieve this. In the run up to COP26, Holyrood and BP discussed the next steps in our net zero journey; the opportunities we have in relation to offshore wind capabilities; and how we can secure Scotland’s place as a world leader in renewable energy, as we have seen in the oil and gas industry.
