Abi has worked at D&A for over 12 years, moving from learning and digital resources to organisational development in 2014. Since 2016, Abi has had responsibility for HR, organisational development, staff training and internal communications, and latterly the College’s external communications. Abi’s areas of interest and expertise are deployment and use of technology to enhance work and wellbeing, and the connections between the working environment, digital environment and people strategies.
