Alison started in central government, moving to local government with a background in business change. She manages HR, OD, Digital Transformation and H&S @WDC. A wide and varied area giving her lots of opportunities and challenges on a daily basis. These teams have a strong crossover link with each other and this allows opportunity to influence the organisation effectively through policy, workforce planning, well-being, employee engagement, service design, transformation, learning, development and sharing best practice.
