Alison has over 25 years experience of working in the Digital Sector in Scotland with a focus on public services transformation. Leading Sopra Steria’s Scotland team for many years, she oversaw a number of major public sector digital programmes. In the first intake under the FM’s Digital Fellowship Programme, Alison assumed the role of Head of the Digital Transformation Division in Scottish Government for 2.5 years where she was responsible for supporting digital transformation programmes across multiple policy areas.
Alison is now a non-exec director and provides advisory services for clients in public and private sectors. Until recently, she was also on the board of ScotlandIS, having stepped down as Chair at the end of 2022.
