Amy Tickell

Amy Tickell leads the Scottish Government’s Heat Investment Unit which forms part of the Heat in Buildings Delivery Division. The Heat Investment Unit administers large scale funding programmes, including the £200m Green Public Sector Estate Decarbonisation Scheme, the £200m Social Housing Net Zero Heat Fund, and the £300m Scotland’s Heat Network Fund. Alongside this, the unit provides strategic, development, and capacity building support to Social Housing Providers, Heat Network Developers, and Local Authorities.
