Amy Woodhouse

Amy is Head of Policy, Projects and Participation at Children in Scotland, the national network organisation improving children’s lives. She has overall responsibility for Children in Scotland’s participation work with children and young people and their policy and influencing activity.

Amy has a particular interest in children and young people’s mental health, stemming from 16 years working in the mental health sector for Mind, the Scottish Development Centre for Mental Health and the Mental Health Foundation. As a Board Member for Scottish Ensemble, she is also interested in the role of music and the arts more widely can play in promoting mental health and wellbeing.
