Andy has led software development and support teams in the FE and HE sector at Dundee College, Dundee & Angus College and University of Dundee. Andy’s teams have focused on providing digital services to staff and students that were simple and easy to use, supporting both ‘commercial off the shelf’ systems and in-house, bespoke developments. Currently Head of ICT at D&A, Andy leads the infrastructure, systems development, service desk and print teams. Andy’s current focus is delivering services that are secure, resilient and provide an excellent level of support, with the College part-way through a multi-year programme to migrate all digital services to be entirely in the cloud.
