Angela Milloy is a Scottish CFO Award Winner and prior to joining SEPA, accumulated over 30 years of experience in various and interesting roles across diverse sectors such a local authority ALEO; HEI across four universities (both traditional and post-92 institutions); Banking; Heavy rail construction projects; Enterprise & Social Inclusion; Housing and Registered charities.
As a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant, her people centred, and collaborative approach has been to deliver differently and deliver more for less ensuring income growth at every opportunity. This continues in her role with SEPA as she champions Public Sector Reform and Digital Transformation with Passion, Purpose and Professionalism enabling colleagues across SEPA to deliver for the economy, communities and environment of Scotland.
