Anne Mitchell is the Head of IT & Change at Lothian Pension Fund, the second largest Local Government Pension Scheme in Scotland.
In this role, Anne oversaw the successful migration of IT services from the City of Edinburgh Council to a bespoke, standalone Managed Service Provider selected through a public procurement. The Fund’s IT provision has continued to grow and evolve with digital transformation and data security at the forefront.
Anne is an experienced IT leader, with a background in digital transformation and service improvement across the financial, IT and Healthcare industries.
