Barbara has been central to the development of the Scottish Government’s CivTech programme where she leads operations and the development of strategic initiatives. The CivTech programme has been widely recognised as setting a gold standard in driving innovation in the Public Sector while delivering jobs, investment and economic growth opportunities for Scotland.
Her experience spans, Cabinet Office policy roles, delivering Olympic venues, running her own business, and consulting on innovation for organisations including the French Atomic Energy Commission. She’s passionate about the wider impacts CivTech can make as an opportunity to deliver real impact in the public sector, while creating the new innovative businesses of the future.
