Barbara’s expertise ranges from working in the energy industry as Head of Stakeholder Engagement at SGN and Chairing the Board of the Scottish Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Association, to leading on the successful business case and funding package for the Glenrothes District Heat Scheme and playing a key role in the Levenmouth Community Energy project. Barbara’s current role is to catalyse Dundee City Council’s and the City of Dundee’s transition to Net Zero, including the development and delivery of Dundee’s Local Area Energy Plan and Local Heat and Energy Efficiency Strategy.
