His creative mindset and passion for the arts led him to begin his training at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama, where he developed strong leadership and organisational skills. After graduating, he built a successful career as a stage manager, working with several companies across the UK. However, inspired by a family legacy in healthcare, he transitioned into the care sector, starting as a carer before training in adult nursing from 2014 to 2017. After qualifying as a registered nurse, he progressed through the company, combining hands-on care with leadership.
With ambition, dedication, and a deep commitment to people, Ben continues to shape a positive, supportive culture that helps both staff and those they serve to thrive.
