Billy has worked at D&A for 26 years and as D&A’s Head of Estates for the last 10 years. Billy has senior responsibility for maintaining and developing the college estate and plays a lead role in Capital Projects, as well as leading on the College’s journey to reduce its impact on the climate since 2009. Billy also has responsibility for health and safety, along with a range of frontline services including catering, caretaking and cleaning.
