Callum Thomson is Group Head for Scrutiny at the Scottish Parliament. He is joint head of the clerking function as well as being a member of the Parliament’s leadership team. He has specific responsibility for the Committee Office and the Scottish Parliament Information Service (SPICe). Both these offices work very closely with elected Members, as well as serving the institution of Parliament, as a whole, in the exercise of its core functions.
