After qualifying as a nurse, I moved to Scotland and applied for a care home job as a ‘temporary measure’, over 30 years later I am still working in this most rewarding sector of Health Care.
With a passion for both dementia and developing others, I now work in my dream role, doing both these things.
As part of our involvement with the Care Home Innovation Partnership, as Part of ENRICH (Enabling Research in Care Homes) I have been privileged to work with many innovators and have realised the importance of embracing technology, to enable better outcomes for all involved within the care sector.
