Colin is founder and CEO of Nectis Ltd which developed Unlocking Potential (U>P) a data analytics platform that overcomes the challenges and difficulties that emerge from the complexity in the social networks of organisations as they grow, e.g. silos and poor cross-functional communication, lack of access to skills knowledge and expertise beyond local connections and misalignment with organisational objectives. Nectis Ltd is currently working with Transport Scotland to help them overcome new challenges brought about by COVID-19. By using U>P, Transport Scotland will be able to support flexible working in all its forms, to provide an accessible and inclusive workplace.
