Dave joined Grant Thornton in 2023 as lead of our growing digital, data and technology delivery team in Northern Ireland and with responsibility for our all island Oracle consulting practice. Dave is a former Chief Digital Officer,Senior Public Sector Leader and Business Transformation Director with more than 28 years experience before joining Grant Thornton.
He has extensive experience advising and supporting public and private sector in delivering major transformation programmes and digital products. In a career of almost 30 years, Dave has worked across a wide range of sector including: Government / Public Sector: Central and Local; Financial Services; Energy / Utilities; and Telecomms.
He works closely with both senior and operational stakeholders providing strong and visible advocacy for digital transformation, acting as a trusted advisor on digital strategy, policy development and implementation.
