David Green is the Scottish Liberal Democrat MSP for Caithness, Sutherland and Ross, elected in May 2026. He is the party’s spokesperson for Public Service Reform, Europe, External Affairs and Culture.
Before entering Holyrood, David worked for Christian Aid, having previously worked for Liam McArthur MSP and the late Charles Kennedy MP. He studied Politics and International Relations at the University of Aberdeen.
