David has over 20 years of experience in cyber and information security predominantly in the Public Sector. Serving in senior management roles with the Lothian and West Lothian Community Health and Care partnerships and Scottish Government he has led on substantial programmes of change such as eCare and C-me for secure adult and child protection. David has also chaired the National Practice Forum and the National Information Sharing Governance Group before joining CISO-Share where he has introduced an innovative pathway to enhanced cyber security for, to and with the Higher and Further Education sector.
