David is Executive Director for Partnerships and Engagement at the Scottish National Investment Bank. He joined the Bank in February 2019 and is a member of its executive team. He has responsibility for the Bank’s policy and insights, marketing and communications, and state aid functions. Prior to joining the Scottish National Investment Bank, David held a number of positions in the Scottish Government including Head of the Energy Industries Division.
