Elaine Ellis

Elaine Ellis’ role in SDS is to support Construction Industry and relevant public sector partners understand and act to address skills and workforce challenges. She worked at SDS for over 6 years, and before that, worked in Skills and Training roles in SELECT (Electrical Contractors Trade Association). Elaine is the public sector co-chair of the Construction Accord Skills and Workforce group.
