Eli Harji is a member of the policy team at the Scottish Federation of Housing Associations (SFHA). Her focus is on energy and net zero policy, with work on the Scottish Government’s Social Housing Net Zero Standard and Heat in Buildings Bill as key priorities for the sector.
Eli has a background in policy and public affairs, with experience working for the University of Cambridge, Hull City Council, and in a number of party-political roles at Westminster.
