Fi Williams has a background in Digital Health Education, Digital Inclusion and Digital Service Design. She has dedicated her career to breaking down barriers that prevent people from accessing technological advancements. At Fife Council her approach is driven by creating inclusive, accessible solutions that empower communities and the organisation. With a PhD in Digital Culture, Fi combines technical expertise and a deep understanding of human needs, particularly neurodiversity. Fi is passionate about driving cultural change to transform service delivery while improving operational efficiency. Fi believes that the path forward involves multi-sector and multi-agency collaboration to build a digitally confident workforce ready to meet the evolving needs of our community.
