Former UK Ambassador to the Lebanon and Yemen, Frances has also worked for UNWomen and the United Nations Development Programme and for Christian Aid, a British NGO committed to action to end poverty and fight climate change. She is a passionate advocate for gender equality and participatory approaches to international development.
