A registered archivist with over 20 years’ experience in the archive and recordkeeping sector, Gill has responsibility for archive and recordkeeping services within the National Records of Scotland. She leads both the team responsible for the implementation and development of the Public Records (Scotland) Act 2011, and the teams responsible for the archiving of public records of enduring value.
