Heather Barton-Jones is the Area Vice President of the Strategic Transformation Office for UiPath International. She leads a global team across EMEA and APAC that partners with strategic customers to apply agentic automation to their highest-value business priorities and challenges.
Heather and her team focus on defining and quantifying platform value, shaping operating models, and guiding customers through successful long-term transformation. Her work spans opportunity discovery, value realisation, and governance design, delivered in close collaboration with cross-functional UiPath leaders to ensure that people, process, and technology elements align for measurable outcomes.
Before joining UiPath, Heather held leadership roles at Microsoft and SAP, driving strategic partnerships with customers across regulated industries. At Microsoft, she specialised in incubating emerging technologies and leading multi-year transformation programmes that addressed mission-critical needs.
Heather holds a degree in Philosophy and a master’s in International Technology Management, where she studied the human and sociological impact of emerging technologies, an interest that continues to shape her approach to innovation and enterprise transformation.
