A librarian by trade, Helen has worked in records and information management, IKM, information governance and data protection in public and private sector organisations in Scotland and New Zealand.
Helen manages the branch responsible for data protection and information assurance advice and guidance for The Scottish Government, and coordinated Eu Exit data adequacy mitigation planning for the Scottish public sector.
