Hugh Black, Interim Team Lead and CPN Adult Mental Health / Substance Misuse, worked in engineering for 17 years after leaving school before a career change to mental health nursing. Qualified with a distinction in Mental Health Nursing from Paisley University in 2006 and having worked for Ayrshire & Arran and Greater Glasgow & Clyde Health Boards in acute admissions and IPCU, Hugh moved to the highlands in 2011 to run a crisis intervention service and currently works as Interim Team Lead for Caithness & North Sutherland CMHT.
