Jamie MacLaren leads across Air Traffic and Public Services, bringing together people, expertise, and perspectives to tackle complex challenges and deliver meaningful outcomes. Since joining Leidos in 2023, Jamie has built strong relationships across the organisation and with customers and partners, with a particular focus on strengthening collaboration and engagement across Scotland. Jamie brings more than two decades of experience spanning technology, programme delivery, and business transformation. Throughout his career, he has built and led high-performing teams, supported major national programmes, and worked across government, and regulated industries.
He is particularly experienced in navigating complex stakeholder environments and creating clarity where there are competing priorities and perspectives. His leadership style is collaborative, open, and focused on understanding the bigger picture, bringing the right people together and creating the conditions for teams to succeed
