Following his degree from Edinburgh, Jason started his career with a graduate position in a FTSE 100 company in London, before moving to financial services where he worked for a large bank in Ireland, working alongside technology companies to develop a range of digital systems. Jason then made the decision to move to the NHS, firstly as a Planning and Performance Manager and then as an Assistant Director in a large NHS Health and Social Care Trust,, where he led on a number of innovation programmes,, including a two year secondment to Government where he set up a £25m transformation programme that led to the adoption of new ways of working across all NHS Trusts in the country. Jason joined the Centre for Sustainable Delivery as Head of Innovation in January 22 and is involved in the development of the Accelerated National Innovation Adoption pathway.
