Jen is the Digital Delivery Lead at Research Data Scotland, where she is responsible for the delivery of digital services including the new Researcher Access Service, which will provide faster and simpler access to public sector data for research in the public good. In this role, she is interested in how we apply user-centred design to the complex systems and processes that govern the use of public sector data; and how we can explore the opportunities of AI in a way that is safe and maintains public trust. Prior to this, Jen worked on the delivery of digital public services in the Scottish Government including new social security benefits and a common payments platform, and also has experience of technology consulting within the Financial Services sector.
