Jide Edu

Dr Jide Edu is a Lecturer in the Department of Computer and Information Sciences at the University of Strathclyde and a member of the StrathCyber research group. His research resides at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and Cyber Security, with particular emphasis on Security, Privacy, Trust, and the integration of Machine Learning and Human Factors into cybersecurity solutions . He actively supervises PhD students on projects related to Security measurement, Privacy, Trust, Identity Management, and Online Harm. In addition to his academic credentials, Dr Edu’s work contributes to multiple UN Sustainable Development Goals—specifically SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure), SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities), and SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities).
