Jonathan has over 20 years’ experience working in digital across the Scottish public sector having worked in Local Government, Higher Education, and in his current role as Product Owner in Engineering and Cloud Services at Social Security Scotland.
As a Product Owner he provides leadership in Cloud Financial Operations (FinOps) and Environment Management working across disciplines to build a FinOps culture at Social Security Scotland. Jonathan aligns with the FinOps Practitioner persona, bridging business, engineering, and finance teams to drive a culture of accountability and data-backed decision making
