Kaisie Rayner

Kaisie Rayner has 20+ years experience working in the financial sector, across banking, insurance, wealth, and asset management. Over the last 10 years, she has focused her work on the role of financial markets in enabling the transition to a low carbon economy and sustainable future.

Key areas of interest include “unblocking” the available institutional capital to finance the low carbon transition; challenging prevailing financial theory to incorporate differing climate pathways and helping the finance sector realise that their role is not only to provide financial returns but a sustainable future for customers to retire into.

Kaisie has worked across a mix of UK financial institutions, including: Standard Life Investments, Royal Bank of Scotland, Lloyds Banking Group, Aegon, Scottish Widows, and Royal London Group.
